When you enter into an agreement with us, we may include the services provided in our portfolio and communications on our website, social media, and newsletters. This is based on the agreement concluded with you. We ensure that published photos are anonymous and do not compromise your privacy. If we use your quotes in a blog, we will ask for your explicit consent, which can be withdrawn at any time.

Who Has Access to Your Data?

  • For contractual agreements, we retain invoices and related data for the legal retention period of 10 years.
  • Contact requests are retained until the start of a contractual agreement. If no agreement is made, data is retained for 2 years.
  • Job applications: Contact information is retained for 2 years after the last meaningful contact, and CVs are kept for 6 months.
